Can't Have Nice Things

This is why we can't have nice things....
Installed stall guards yesterday, which apparently Cinna thinks are a toy?
(In case the top video doesn't work, it's on YouTube as well)

It was a busy weekend full of friends, family, fine weather, and lots of FUN! Blogger is being stupid about photos though, ugh.
But with the holiday weekend, I didn't have time to do much writing. Hopefully I can catch up later this week :)

    1. Haha well I'm not buying her a teal one if she's just going to eat it 😂

    1. It had some downsides (which I'll save for the next post haha) but overall very fun and productive!

  4. I don't trust Stinker with a stall guard for that reason. Everything is a toy except the actual toys

    1. Yeah I don't think she'll be left unattended with it very often haha. But on the plus side, she showed absolutely no inclination to push through it, so I'll call it a win!

  7. I yell "This is why we can't have nice things!" at Jack all.the.time. I'm pretty sure he thinks it's his name now. I wouldn't even dare try stall guards!

    1. This stall guard (and one of those rubber over chain types) have been gathering dust in my tack room for like 6 years so I finally installed them in a fit of productivity yesterday, haha. We'll see if they survive!

  8. LOL - at least she stopped. My mare would've looked at me, and then kept at it
